The exhibition project explores the subtle mechanisms of power in which care and control constantly intertwine within everyday experience. At the center of the exhibition lies the phenomenon of the “hyperrealistic mother”—a figure managing an interface that distributes attention, emotions, and resources.
The presented works suggest how power seeps into the intimate sphere, dissolving within familiar environments like an invisible algorithm of comfort and stability. The exhibition raises questions about how biopolitics governs visibility and invisibility, how care becomes a tool for maintaining the status quo, and how tenderness can turn into a form of captivity.
The “hyperrealistic mother” resists clear definitions—instead, she draws the viewer into a dense fabric of subtle tensions. Care, once meant to soothe, reveals itself as a soft instrument of power; beneath the smooth surface of nurturing, anxiety and hidden conflict pulse. The exhibition investigates the zones where comfort ends and control begins, the areas of life that remain inaccessible.
